A living בית מדרש of Torah, research and publishing.

The institutional address for gathering, establishing, editing and publishing the Torah of the Rebbe and the inherited treasures of Shendishov—while preserving the sources behind every work.

בריוו פון מהר״ט · an original Shendishov source

Not a shelf of isolated books. One connected Torah enterprise.

The Machon’s work begins with the constant Torah and avodah of the Rebbe and reaches backward through the direct inheritance of Shendishov, Melitz and Ropshitz. It gathers what was spoken, written, printed, remembered and preserved, then prepares it for serious learning.

The website may reveal the published work, selected pages and the history of its creation. Working manuscripts, private correspondence, sensitive recordings and unfinished research remain controlled internally.

Every department opens into its own collection.

Years of Torah can become shelves of seforim.

Pnei Chaim is special because much of it was written and reviewed by the Rebbe himself. Around it stands a far larger corpus: constant Torah over many years, shiurim, seasonal teachings, complete Divrei Kodesh, shorter likuttim, manuscripts, recordings and editorial files—material for many future volumes.

Original source · text, context and later use remain connected

A foundational sefer—and a derech carried into life.

Zera Kodesh is not treated as another catalog item. It is the foundational Torah inheritance behind the Rebbe’s approach: a source that opens into Torah, avodah, guidance, minhagim, chaburos, niggunim, publications and the living court.

The site distinguishes the original author, inherited tradition, the Rebbe’s own teaching and application, later editorial development, and the work of the Machon. Connected material can appear in several relevant centers without losing its true source.

Otzar HaGenazim preserves what publication work draws upon.

The Rebbe’s library and archive remains a distinct collection: inherited seforim and inscriptions, manuscripts, letters, documents, photographs, tapes, artifacts and research discoveries. The Machon may edit and publish selected material; ownership, provenance, privacy and access remain controlled item by item.
